Return Policy

The AURAI Conscious Carry Guarantee (Return Policy)

 

We stand by the quality and purpose of our products. If the Echo Wallet is not a reflection of your values, we accept returns under the following conditions.

1. The 30-Day Window

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange.

  • After the 30-day period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Return

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including the customized box.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be ineligible for a refund.

3. Refunds (The Process)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at helloaurai.shop@gmail.com

5. Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at helloaurai.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack your item in its original packaging.

  3. Ship to Our Address: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and send it to the following address:

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
