Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Daily Workflow: We follow a daily workflow to ensure prompt service. Orders are checked every business day at 9 AM PDT. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Estimates: We offer several shipping options through our carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. box addresses via USPS only.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
